Joseph G. Stafford
Joseph G. Stafford is the managing partner of Stafford Law Co., L.P.A. Joseph has practiced law for thirty nine (39) years in the field of Family Law. Joseph and members of his firm, specialize in, and enjoy one of the largest domestic relations practices in Northeast Ohio.
Joseph Stafford graduated from the University of Dayton, Summa Cum Laude, in 1982, and then graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1984. Joseph was licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1985, and in the same year was licensed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Joseph has built and maintained his practice as an experienced, competent, and zealous advocate on behalf of his clients throughout the State of Ohio. Joseph handles complex domestic relations litigation as well as assisting individuals with straight forward issues and problems. Joseph’s practice includes cases involving complex business evaluation issues and issues involving martial assets and non-marital assets. Joseph has represented high profile clients throughout Ohio and recognizes that often times litigation cannot be avoided. Joseph is one of the elite trial and appellate lawyers practicing in the field of domestic relations in the State of Ohio.

Vincent Stafford
Vincent A. Stafford has developed a reputation as an accomplished trial litigator who provides highly specialized, individualized representation to his clients. Vince demonstrates swift, decisive and deft crisis management counsel for his clients when necessary. Vince has an extensive knowledge of the law and is able to apply this knowledge to achieve impressive results for his clients. Vince’s skills enable him to take on difficult custody matters and complex financial issues.
Vince has been counsel on many highly contested cases with a distinguished record of success. In addition to his domestic relations practice, Vince has been trial counsel in numerous civil jury trials, white collar criminal defense and felony trials.

Nicole A. Cruz
Nicole A. Cruz has worked with Stafford Law Co. since 2015, working closely with clients concerning domestic relations and appellate proceedings. Through her experience, Nicole has gained knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by domestic relations litigants and works to ensure her clients’ confidence and understanding throughout the litigation process. Every case is unique and Nicole approaches each case with the patience, sensitivity, knowledge and hard work her clients deserve. Nicole is a dedicated, diligent advocate for her clients.
Nicole is an experienced appellate lawyer, she has worked on numerous appellate cases, including multiple appellate proceedings before the Ohio Supreme Court. Garnering her clients impressive results. Nicole is the administrative partner in charge of operations within the law firm.
Nicole is a graduate of Cleveland State University and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
Kelley Tauring, Associate Attorney
Kelley Tauring began working at Stafford Law Co., L.P.A., as a law clerk in 2017 while attending Kent State University. Kelley graduated from Kent State with a Bachelors of Arts and Science in 2018, and attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law from 2018 to 2021. He passed the Bar Exam in October 2021 and became an associate attorney for Stafford Law in November 2021.
While working for Stafford Law, Kelley has assisted in trial preparation, research, and writing for domestic relations, criminal, personal injury, and civil cases, including cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, such as Torres Friedenberg v. Friedenberg. Kelley has further assisted in cases before the Fifth, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh District Courts of Appeals.
Kelley’s experience with domestic relations matters has enabled him to vigorously represent his clients with issues of child support, spousal support, the division of property, parental rights, and in awards of their attorney fees. The issues facing parties in domestic relations matters can be especially stressful, and Kelley’s zealous advocacy helps his clients feel at ease and comfortable during their litigation process.
Chrispin S. Chilombo, Senior Paralegal
Chrispin S. Chilombo started working at Stafford Law Co. L.P.A. as a Law Clerk in 2015. Chrispin graduated from The University of Zambia (Africa) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Demography in 2004. Chrispin has gained experience and knowledge as a paralegal over the years working on cases in Domestic Relations ranging from Divorce Cases, Domestic Violence and Juvenile Cases under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Through his experience and hard work Chrispin has risen to Senior Paralegal, responsible for overseeing junior paralegals and file clerks within the firm.
